In other words, the higher the resilience, the more effectively one can cope with interpersonal problems or conflicts. Among the sub-factors of resilience, interpersonal ability was found to have a significant effect on the overall interpersonal problems. Future research should include studies targeting a larger number of university adult learners in more diverse regions, and should suggest various programs and alternatives that can improve the resilience and interpersonal skills of university adult learners.
