Photosensitive Memristors Based on Nanocomposite Parylene- MoOx
Photosensitive memristors are of great interest because they allow to preprocess visual information directly in sensor and then classify it in memory. Although nanocomposite parylene-based (with metal and semiconductor nanoparticles) memristors exhibit superior memristive characteristics, their photosensitive response has yet to be demonstrated. Devices based on parylene with <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\text{MoO}_{\mathrm{x}}$</tex> nanoparticles are studied in this work. Dependence of the photoresponse of the structures on light with different wavelengths was found out. Photosensitive resistive switching of the devices was demonstrated.
