Design and Synthesis of Polyaniline Doped with Heteroaromatic Diacid for Application in Memristors

This work presents the synthesis of conductive polyaniline doped with a heteroaromatic diacid, which is considered a promising material for creating fully organic memristors. The described optimal polymerization path allows for obtaining 80% yields and the maximum conductivity of 2.90 S/cm.

Abstract

This work presents the synthesis of conductive polyaniline doped with a heteroaromatic diacid, which is considered a promising material for creating fully organic memristors. The described optimal polymerization path allows for obtaining 80% yields and the maximum conductivity of 2.90 S/cm.
