JUSTICE IN THE SYSTEM OF VALUE FOUNDATIONS OF THE STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN STATEHOOD

The article presents the original interpretations of justice related to the consideration of Russia as an independent civilisation with its own identity, origins, values, and goals. The author demonstrates that the understanding of justice as legality, lawfulness, or formal honesty, which has developed within the framework of the Romano-Germanic cultural and historical type, does not correspond to its Russian (Slavonic-Russian) formulation, which is directly connected to mercy, compassion, and love.
