Alveolar regeneration of the post-extraction site with cortical deficiency using the Lamina Socket Sealing technique: Retrospective study with histomorphometric analysis of regenerated bone and evaluation of soft tissue changes. Part 2/2.
This alveolar ridge preservation technique (Lamina Socket Sealing) using a resorbable heterologous cortical lamina with a flapless approach has proven effective in maintaining adequate soft tissue and grafting of particulate bone and lamina, with a high percentage of viable bone.
