Pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Keterampilan Wirausaha, Lama Usaha terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha pada UMKM Mebel di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut

Abstract. The source of the GRDP Growth Rate of Garut Regency According to Business Fields in 2018-2022 obtained from the BPS Garut Regency website shows that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors can be said to be dominant in the last 5 years with a value of 1.43% compared to the manufacturing industry sector which is ranked 3rd after mining and quarrying with a value of 0.56% where the manufacturing industry can still be said to be a leading sector in the GRDP growth rate of Garut Regency. Since 2020 to 2022, almost all MSMEs or furniture stores in Garut City have experienced a significant decline in their economic sector so that not a few MSMEs or furniture stores prefer to close. From the research activities on the furniture MSMEs, it aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial skills and length of business partially and together on business success in Furniture MSMEs in Tarogong District, Garut Regency. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis model in this study uses multiple regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from BPS publications. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale of 5. The population in this study were 26 MSME Furniture entrepreneurs in Tarogong Kaler District, Garut Regency. Because the population is not large, the entire population was used as a sample. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling Abstrak. Sumber Laju Pertumbuhan PDRB Kabupaten Garut Menurut Lapangan Usaha pada tahun 2018-2022 yang diperoleh dari website BPS Kabupaten Garut menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan dapat dikatakan dominan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir dengan nilai sebesar 1,43% dibandingkan dengan sektor industri manufaktur yang menempati peringkat 3 setelah pertambangan dan penggalian dengan nilai 0,56% yang dimana industri manufaktur masih dapat dikatakan sektor unggulan dalam laju pertumbuhan PDRB Kabupaten Garut. Sejak tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2022, hampir semua UMKM atau toko mebel di Kota Garut mengalami penurunan signifikan pada sektor ekonominya sehingga tidak sedikit UMKM atau toko mebel yang lebih memilih tutup. Dari kegiatan penelitian terhadap UMKM mebel tersebut mempunyai tujuan Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, keterampilan wirausaha dan lama usaha secara parsial dan bersama-sama terhadap keberhasilan usaha pada UMKM Mebel di Kecamatan Tarogong Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Model analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer berupa kuisioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari publikasi BPS. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert 5. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu para pelaku usaha UMKM Mebel Di Kecamatan Tarogong Kaler Kabupaten Garut yang berjumlah 26 pelaku usaha. Dikarenakan jumlah populasi tidak banyak maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan accidental sampling.
