Tingkat Kepatuhan Minum Obat dan Tingkat Kesembuhan Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Sindangkerta Cianjur

Abstract. 10.6 million people fall ill with tuberculosis (TB) worldwide, including 5.8 million men, 3.5 million women, and 1.3 million children. The level of compliance with the use of pulmonary tuberculosis drugs is very important, because if it is not regular in its treatment and not on time it will cause drug resistance. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of compliance and the recovery rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at the Sindangkerta Health Center, using the pill count adherence equation. This study was conducted with a descriptive observational design using a retrospective cohort study method by looking at the correlation between compliance and recovery. The population was 166 and the sample was taken by purposive sampling method by looking at the sample that entered the inclusion criteria of 119. Abstrak. 10,6 juta orang jatuh sakit terkena penyakit Tuberkulosis (TBC) diseluruh dunia. termasuk 5,8 juta pria, 3,5 juta wanita, dan 1,3 juta anak-anak. Tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan obat Tuberkulosis paru sangat peting, karena jika tidak teratur dalam pengobatannya dan tidak tepat waktu maka akan menyebabkan terjadinya resistensi Obat. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Tingkat kepatuhan dan tingkat kesembuhan pasien Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Sindangkerta, dengan menggunakan persamaan pill count adherence. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain observasional deskriptif menggunakan metode studi Kohort secara retrospektif dengan melihat korelasi antara kepatuhan dan kesembuhan. Populasi sebanyak 166 dan sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling dengan melihat sampel yang memasuki kriteria inklusi sebanyak 119.
