Pola Peresepan Obat pada Manajemen Pasien Rheumatoid Arthritis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al Ihsan Kabupaten Bandung Periode 2023

Abstract. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease characterized by symmetrical swelling of the joints. The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis aims to reduce or eliminate pain, reduce inflammation, inhibit or stop joint damage, and prevent systemic complications. This study aims to determine the pattern of drug prescribing in rheumatoid arthritis patients at Al Ihsan Regional General Hospital for the period 2023. This research is observational with retrospective data collection using a purposive sampling method, and samples were taken according to inclusion criteria. Rheumatoid arthritis drug administration data were analyzed descriptively to get a picture of prescribing patterns in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The results of the study of 81 rheumatoid arthritis patients showed that the most widely used prescription pattern for managing rheumatoid arthritis treatment is a combination of two corticosteroid drugs and NSAIDs, with a percentage of 31%. Abstrak. Rheumatoid arthritis merupakan penyakit autoimun inflamasi kronis yang ditandai dengan pembengkakan sendi secara simetris. Pengobatan pada rheumatoid arthritis bertujuan untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan nyeri, mengurangi inflamasi, serta menghambat atau menghentikan kerusakan sendi dan mencegah komplikasi sistemik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola peresepan obat pada pasien rheumatoid arthritis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Al Ihsan Periode 2023. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan sampel yang diambil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Data pemberian obat rheumatoid arthritis dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mendapatkan gambaran pola peresepan pada pengobatan rheumatoid arthritis. Hasil penelitian terhadap 81 pasien rheumatoid arthritis menunjukkan bahwa pola peresepan yang paling banyak digunakan untuk manajemen pengobatan rheumatoid arthritis adalah kombinasi 2 obat kortikosteroid dan OAINS dengan persentase sebesar 31%.
