SLAMF8 regulates osteogenesis and adipogenesis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells via S100A6/Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway
SLAMF8 promotes osteogenesis and inhibits adipogenesis of mBMSCs via S100A6 and Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway. SLAMF8 overexpression mBMSCs effectively accelerate the healing of femoral fracture in mice.
