Impact of the Variation of Density on Cs2CuBiCl6 Based Solar Cell
The efficiency of Cs<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>CuBiCl<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">6</inf> perovskite solar cells is investigated in this study to determine how differences in acceptance density (N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">A</inf>) and donor (N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">D</inf>) affect the efficiency of these cells. Changing the values of the N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">A</inf> and N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">D</inf> from 1015 cm-3 to 1019 cm-3 leads to a considerable increase in the performance of the device. An increase in the numerical aperture (N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">A</inf>) resulted in a significant improvement in the aggregation factor (FF), which went from 32.20 % to 84.0 %. Additionally, the open voltage (V<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">OC</inf>) has greatly increased, going from 0.33 V to 0.68 V. This is a major improvement. According to this, the extraction rate seems to be increasing, but the number of connections that are being made there appears to be decreasing. Additionally, the short-circuit current density (J<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">SC</inf>) increases from 8.70 mA/cm2 to 33.00 mA/cm2, which leads to an increase in the photocurrent during this time period. As a direct result of this, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) increased from 2.56% to 8.48%. The relevance of regulating the N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">A</inf> (acceptor concentration) and N<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">D</inf> (donor concentration) in Cs<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf>CuBiCl<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">6</inf> perovskite solar cells is highlighted by these findings. This optimization is necessary in order to attain better efficiency in the devices. This further highlights the importance of allowable optimization in terms of improving transport, reducing coupling, and increasing the overall efficiency of equipment.
