Wireless Power Transmission Using an Intelligent Metamaterial Array Non-Homogeneous

The objective of this work is to propose a simple system of wireless power transmission, that uses a metamaterial matrix capable of directing the flow lines, by manipulating the magnetic permeability of the unit cells the matrix, to specific region of interest and allow the efficiency of the system to be maintained uniformly over four possible placements of the transmitting (Tx) and receiving (Rx) coils. Another differential of this system refers to the location of the positioning of the metamaterial matrix, which is located in the vicinity of the transmitter unit, rather than at the central distance of “Tx” and “Rx observed” in most studies, thus allowing the magnetic field to be guided intelligently from the start of the transmission stage.
