The Study Investigates the Factors Influencing the Security System of Medical Materials Using the DEMATEL-ISM methodology

The medical supply support system plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of medical institutions and responding to public health emergencies. In order to systematically identify and analyze the key factors affecting the medical material security system, this paper screened 13 influencing factors from the four links of the medical material security system, constructed an evaluation index system, and used the DEMATEL and ISM methods to evaluate the factors. The analysis of the evaluation results shows that the results obtained by the causality analysis of DEMATEL are basically consistent with the results obtained by the causal analysis of ISM. Finally, seven factors, such as a reasonable organizational structure, were determined to be the fundamental influencing factors affecting the medical material security system. It provides a new idea for medical managers to enhance the stability and reliability of the medical material security system.
