Bidirectional emergency driving device for optical path failure of space remote sensing camera
The calibration mechanism is an important activity mechanism on multiple remote sensing cameras, and there is a risk of single point failure. To prevent the black body of the mechanism from being unable to operate and switch normally due to faults such as motor power failure and increased friction torque of the shaft system during the calibration function switching of various remote sensors in orbit, which may block the imaging optical path of a certain remote sensor and cause camera failure. The article proposes an emergency designated position exit device based on solid lubrication worm gear pairs, which has the advantages of small space occupation, wide available range, large torque margin, lightweight, reusable, and relatively low cost. The overall structural design was carried out to meet the requirements of exiting at the designated middle position. Through theoretical analysis and functional performance testing, the feasibility of the emergency exit device was verified, and it has great potential for application in the development of space remote sensing cameras.
