Research on encapsulation of the halogen lamp

The halogen lamp, which is considered as the light resource, is widely used in the IVD testing instruments. In order to guarantee the light intensity, the location with high precision and consistency should be focused. In this paper, The structure and the dimension of the halogen lamp are described and analyzed in details. Based on the basic data, the halogen lamp encapsulation proposal is promoted. By means of the equipment mentioned in this paper, the precision and consistency of the halogen lamp encapsulation is accurately guaranteed. The encapsulation qualification rate could reach 100%. At the same time, the halogen lamp encapsulation efficiency is improved. The problem from the enterprise is well solved by means of the integration of mechanisms, optics and electronics. The case could provide the guidance and reference in practical engineering application.
