Research on accelerated life test technology of space oil lubrication mechanism
As user demands for improved longevity and reliability in optical remote sensors increase, validating the life test equivalence of long-lasting lubricants is crucial. For mechanisms expected to last over eight years, ground-based accelerated life tests are essential to reduce costs, expedite testing, and ensure durability and reliability. This paper explores lubrication state determination, life-influencing factors, and accelerated test principles of oil lubrication mechanisms. It establishes a qualitative relationship between speed, temperature, load, and lubrication state. The paper outlines the accelerated life test process and identifies key parameters like lubrication state, acceleration factor, test groups, monitoring, and failure criteria. Finally, an application example on an optical scanning mechanism is presented.
