Research on China’s mandatory technical rules based on big data and coping measures of domestic and foreign detector industry enterprises

Mandatory standard which affects domestic and foreign trade exchanges and technical cooperation, is enforced technical rules and regarded as one of the main forms of technical regulation in China, mainly relates to health, safety and environmental protection and other bottom-line requirements. In recent years, China has been committed to the reform of mandatory standard. This paper expounds the roadmap of reform of China’s mandatory standard based on big data; analyzes the main management mode, requirements and several key issues of the current mandatory national standard; and discusses the coping measures on domestic and foreign detector industry enterprises, in order to promote domestic and foreign detector industry enterprises to understand China's mandatory standards, actively participate in the development of mandatory standards and put forward suggestions, improve the overall competitiveness of detector industry enterprises, more calmly cope with the future technology environment and regulations and standards, and to enhance international mutual understanding and exchange.
