Parameter design and analysis of two-dimensional flexible structure based on high-precision image motion compensation
In order to improve the imaging quality of complex optical systems in space, the fa The article calculates the MTF values based on the requirements, and analyzes the factors that affect the errors and offsets to determine the optimal correction optical lens and adjustment amount. Ctors of degradation of MTF of optical systems due to launch phase and attitude adjustment on satellite are addressed. Due to the limitation of small space, a flexible micro-motion mechanism is adopted to achieve the compensation target. Based on the high-quality simulation model, the relationship between input force and output displacement is analyzed, and a flexible compensation ring structure with high flexibility and stiffness is designed. One-dimensional driving components are set in the X and Y directions to achieve two-dimensional compensation mechanisms. It shows that the design analysis can realize the small space and high precision step compensation. This configuration of flexible micromotion mechanism provides a reference for the design of large stroke nanoresolution mechanism.
