THE RELATIONSHIP OF LIFE VALUES AND EDUCATIONAL MOTIVATION IN PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE

The article reveals the definitions of the concepts of “motivation for educational activity” and “life values”. The research of both domestic and foreign scientists on the formation of motivation and value orientations is analysed. Special attention is paid to the fact that it is primary school age that is a sensitive period for the formation of motivation and life values. It is also proved that there is a close relationship between educational motivation and attitude to life values.
