Efficacy of human interleukin-11 analogs for treating dengue fever-associated thrombocytopenia: a prospective cohort
IL-11 analogs have promising potential for treating DF-associated thrombocytopenia. Additional investigation is necessary to refine administration protocols and examine the wider therapeutic ramifications of IL-11 in managing DF.
