Vitreoretinal Interface Abnormalities in Pathologic Myopia (Myopic Traction Maculopathy)
Myopic traction maculopathy (MTM) is an umbrella term proposed to describe the spectrum of pathologic anatomic changes in the macula of pathologic myopic eyes, including vitreomacular traction, macular foveoschisis and myopic macular hole, affecting a large proportion of eyes with pathologic myopia. In this review, we aim to share information about the diagnosis, clinical features and treatment of MTM.
