Modified diverticular peroral endoscopic myotomy with peridiverticular adhesiolysis and mucosal flap reconstruction
A 50-year-old woman presented with a 3-year history of persistent vomiting, dysphagia, and weight loss.Endoscopy and a barium meal revealed the presence of a large midesophageal diverticulum measuring approximately 5 cm in depth.
