Radiographs are of limited use and low cost‐effectiveness when combined with ultrasound for abdominal restaging in dogs with solid, soft tissue tumours
Abdominal radiographs were of minimal use beyond abdominal ultrasound for restaging in this study, despite a higher cost per clinically relevant finding than abdominal ultrasound. This study does not support routine use of abdominal radiographs during routine restaging of solid, soft tissue tumours.
