Trigeminal Trophic Syndrome With Herpetic Keratitis
To our knowledge, this is the first report of trigeminal trophic syndrome presenting with concurrent herpetic keratitis. Successful treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach to provide the patient insight and create protective equipment.
