Suggestions based on the research results are as follows. First, there is a need for a customized welfare policy that can offset negative attitudes toward aging or anxiety about life in old age. The psychosocial aging attitude toward aging is negative according to the level of physical aging perception of the baby boomers, and the subjective feeling of happiness decreases, suggesting that there is a need to pay attention to aging and life in old age. Second, the needs of baby boomers differ according to the age spectrum of the baby boomers, and by developing and operating programs that match them, preventive policies and practices are required to prevent and reduce depression by expanding leisure and social participation. Third, it is necessary to create a physical aging-friendly environment aimed at Aging in Place in an effort to create an armed and compromised environment in which all generations can live together without physical and social obstacles caused by physical aging of the elderly.
