Commodity assessment of canned fish quality

The article presents the results of a study of natural canned tuna. Five samples of canned fi sh from domestic and foreign manufacturers were examined. The paper presents the results of evaluating the labeling and assortment number, making it possible to identify the type and name of the product, as well as its manufacturer. The results obtained allow concluding that the off ered products do not correspond to the name and quality.
