Implementation of a Robotic Cell for the Fish Processing Purposes
Automation in the fishing industry is becoming increasingly important over time, and the applying of robotic systems represents an important step in this direction. This paper describes the implementation of a robotic cell in a fish processing to optimize production processes. The robotic cell is a complex system consisting of a robot, a conveyor, a head cutting mechanism, a vision system and software. The paper is dedicated to the technical aspects of integrating robotic systems into fish processing. The work also describes the results of laboratory testing of the described solution with an analysis of its performance. The results of the study are of practical importance for enterprises in this industry, providing the basis for making informed decisions on the implementation of automated systems and increasing their market competitiveness.
