Data to Objects with Highly Uncertain Behavior
The article dwells on addressing a pressing issue in the theory of control of objects with highly uncertain behavior, namely on developing theoretical foundations of analysis, methods for modeling and improving cybernetic systems, their algorithms and software to increase control efficiency. To address this issue, it is proposed to use mathematical tools of information theory for calculating the data characteristics of the channel for control signaling from the source to the controlled object through the environment, taking into account noises from the controlled object ecosystem. The paper analyzes existing systems that apply monomodal control signals with no semantic meaning, and describes the shortcomings and limits for improving the control systems under consideration. An example of a system for controlling the behavior of trichromatic-vision insects was used to compare the results obtained with various technical means applied as sources of control signals. A proposal on further methods of increasing control system efficiency using a multimodal control signal was made. Various algorithms for building control systems using a multimodal control signal are considered, namely sequential and parallel circuits, as well as a circuit that combines sequential and parallel algorithms for applying control signal sources. To further increase the efficiency of control systems for biological objects with highly uncertain behavior, it is proposed to use biological signals containing a larger semantic meaning for the controlled object, which determines its behavioral response. The paper outlines areas for further research to maximize the amount of information transmitted to the controlled object.
