Mechanical Accuracy Measurement of the PNF Scanner : A comprehensive analysis of the PNF scanner accuracy around the world

This paper discusses the mechanical accuracy of the PNF scanner including the accuracy measurement and evaluation method which is based on the project experience from NSI-MI, MVG Orbit and LT. There is some difference from each based on different data process theory. And the real measure data from the tangle project is attached for reference.
