A Broadband Wide-Angle Frequency-Selective Surface with High Selectivity
A broadband wide-angle frequency-selective surface (FSS) with high selectivity is presented in this paper. The proposed FSS structure achieves considerable bandwidth and high selectivity performance by cascading multiple FSS layers and loading lumped inductors. The simulation results show that the operating frequency band of the proposed FSS structure is 4.6513.19 GHz (95.7%) and the rectangle coefficient (RC) value is 0.84 at normal incidence. When the incident angle changes from 0° to 50°, the transmission bandwidth and RC value remain stable.
