An Unconditionally Stable FDTD Method With High-Order Accuracy and Complying Divergence
In this paper, a novel unconditionally-stable finite- difference time-domain (FDTD) method that complies divergence is proposed. This novel method is based on the conventional split- step four sub-steps (SS4)-FDTD method, and a form that complies divergence is obtained by operating input and output. Moreover, a theoretical proof is given to show that the novel method is divergence-complying. Finally, the simulation results are shown to demonstrate the proposed method is more accurate and divergence-complying.
