Joint Optimization of Radar and Communication Performance Based on Time-Modulated Array
In this work, a joint optimization method for radar and communication performance based on time-modulated array is proposed with differential evolution (DE) algorithm. With the proposed method, the optimized timing parameters can meet the minimum data rate requirements and maximize the detection probability. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method in simultaneously detection and multi-user communication. The proposed method provides an energy-efficient and practical approach for integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) in future networks.
