Miniaturization Design of LC Filter Based on LTCC
In order to reduce the circuit area and improve the performance of the device, an LC bandpass filter with dimensions of 7.1 mm×2.8 mm×1.63 mm is designed for the low-frequency band operating from 1.2 GHz to 1.5 GHz using low temperature co-fired ceramic technology in this paper. In particular, in order to improve the harmonics generated by the LC bandpass filter at high frequencies, an LC low-pass filter is designed and cascaded with the bandpass filter for simulation. The simulation results show that the filter has good transmission characteristics and out-of-band rejection, and the return losses are better than 12.5 dB, which realizes the miniaturized design of the filter.
