DGTD Methods for Bidirectional PIN Limiter Simulation Using MNA-SPICE
This paper proposed the Discontinuous Galerkin Time-Domain (DGTD) methods for simulating a bidirectional PIN limiter using the Modified Nodal Analysis-Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis (MNA-SPICE). The proposed method combines the advantages of MNA-SPICE for circuit simulation with the high accuracy and efficiency of DGTD for electromagnetic field analysis. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of this method.
