Fabrication Challenges and Performance Optimization of Inclined 2D Lithium Niobate PhC Waveguides
In this paper, we design and simulate a 2D Lithium niobate (LiNbO₃) based photonic crystal (PhC) waveguide with an Inclination angle. Additionally, the challenges associated with the fabrication process are also discussed. This study aims to provide key insights into designing advanced photonic devices that take advantage of the unique properties of Lithium niobate (LiNbO₃) and precise structural design.
