Spoof Localized Surface Plasmon Sensor for Dielectric Material Measurements
In this paper, a notched metal spiral spoof LSPs double-layer resonator structure is proposed, which is excited by microstrip lines and generates multipolar resonant modes, based on which a dielectric constant sensor is realized, and the microwave sensor operates in the frequency range of 3 GHz to 3.9 GHz, and the simulation results show that the sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and good robustness, and has great potential in dielectric constant measurement. The simulation results show that the sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and good robustness and has great potential in dielectric constant measurement.
