Efficient Radiation Analysis of the Antenna Located on Electrically Large Bodies Over a broad Frequency band
A novel approach is introduced in this study, which integrates the efficient iterative method of moments-physical optics (EI-MoM-PO) with asymptotic waveform evaluation (AWE) technology for fast determination of antenna radiation pattern above the electrically large platforms. This methodology involves Taylor series and Padé approximation to calculate the self-impedance matrix and the additional exciting voltage, enabling the extraction of frequency information in the vicinity of the expansion point. A numerical result demonstrates the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method while comparing with the EI-MoM-PO and the conventional MoM-PO.
