Forward Modeling for Bistatic Scattering center of Complex Target

This paper develops a forward method to establish component-level bistatic scattering center for complex target. The model can not only describe the bistatic scattering characteristics of complex targets concisely and accurately, but also has clear electromagnetic scattering mechanism, physical meaning of parameters.
