A low-noise amplifier for wearable Beidou system

The article designs a high gain, low noise amplifier that can cover all frequency bands of the Beidou navigation system. The circuit is implemented using three-stage amplification. The simulation results show that in the operating frequency band of 1.1-1.6GHz, the in band return loss is better than 10dB, the power gain is greater than 40dB, the noise coefficient is less than 1dB, and the area is 3.5mm × 2mm. This circuit achieves miniaturization while maintaining good circuit stability, and can meet the working requirements of Beidou wearable antennas.

Abstract

The article designs a high gain, low noise amplifier that can cover all frequency bands of the Beidou navigation system. The circuit is implemented using three-stage amplification. The simulation results show that in the operating frequency band of 1.1-1.6GHz, the in band return loss is better than 10dB, the power gain is greater than 40dB, the noise coefficient is less than 1dB, and the area is 3.5mm × 2mm. This circuit achieves miniaturization while maintaining good circuit stability, and can meet the working requirements of Beidou wearable antennas.
