Wideband Electromagnetic Scattering: Adaptive Frequency Sampling for Multi-Scale Targets
This paper introduces an adaptive frequency sampling (AFS) technique employing subdomain equivalent dipole moment (SEDM) to accelerate the calculation of wideband electromagnetic scattering for multi-scale targets. Overcoming the limitations of traditional iterative methods, this approach significantly reduces impedance matrix filling times and iterative convergence times. Numerical examples validate the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method, demonstrating its potential in wideband electromagnetic scattering analysis.
