On Special Aspects of Legal Regulation of Commercial Intermediation Types
The article suggests a classification of commercial intermediation types based on various criteria: by the criterion of physical presence of an intermediary: traditional and distant; by the criterion of personalization of an intermediary: anonymous and personalized; by the criterion of content of commercial intermediation: legal actions, legal and physical actions, physical actions only including accidental intermediation; by the criterion of the person in whose name a commercial intermediary acts: in its own or anyone else’s name; by the criterion of ownership of goods: intermediation in transactions with other person’s or own goods. The intermediation type will determine the selection of its legal form.
