Protection of Debtor’s Rights to Keep the Minimum Income Level for Survival in Enforcement Proceedings (on the Example of the Practice of Prosecutor’s Supervision)

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of realisation and protection of the debtor’s rights in enforcement proceedings. The article examines the problem of providing the debtor-citizen with the minimum means of subsistence in the case of seizure of his income both in the case of execution of the enforcement document by the bailiff service and in the case of direct submission of the enforcement document to the organisation paying the debtor’s pension or grant. Judicial and prosecutorial practice materials are used, and amendments to the current legislation regulating enforcement proceedings are proposed.
