Peculiarities of Legal Regulation of Procurements Conducted by Healthcare Institutions

The article, on the basis of federal legislation explaining the letters of departments and legal positions of the courts, reflects the peculiarities of procurement by health care institutions, expressed in the methods of determining the supplier, a detailed description of the object of purchase, the specifics of calculating the initial maximum price of the contract, including the author’s definition of procurement of health care institutions.
