CHANGES IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE RECRUITMENT AREA CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The Covid-19 pandemic caused numerous changes in human resources management. To a large extent they concerned the recruitment process. The article aims at reviewing the research results that refer to changes in the recruitment processes caused by the Covid-19 pandemic as well assessing the range and durability of these changes. The study has provided the results of research and analyses, with particular emphasis on the situation in Poland. The results of in-depth individual interviews (IDI) have also been included in the analysis.
