COMPANY ORGANIZATIONAL AGILITY VS. ITS FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE

The paper analyzed the impact of organizational agility on the company financial performance in a dynamically changing business environment. The aim of the study was to understand how agility can contribute to improving the financial performance of companies. The research hypothesis assumed that companies characterized by a higher level of organizational agility achieve better financial results thanks to the ability to adapt more quickly to changing market conditions and thanks to more effective management of internal resources. The research method was based on qualitative research among 103 employees from various industries in order to gain deep insight into their experiences and perception of agility in their organizations.
