Issues of Exercising Prosecutors’ Powers Associated with Assurance of Legality in Organization of Audits in the Housing Sphere by Control Authorities

In the paper, the author analyzes development of the housing control system, special aspects of its legal regulation, describes areas of activities of prosecution authorities aimed at supervision over enforcement of laws in this sphere, lists examples from the practice of supervisory works, mentions problems in exercising prosecutors’ powers, suggests solutions.
