Specifics of State Regulation and Legal Aspects of Design of Multifunctional Zones (MFZ)

The article analyzes the features of state regulation and legal support for the design and construction of multifunctional road service zones. A number of gaps in legislation have been identified that impede the effective development of roadside service infrastructure. A set of measures to improve the regulatory framework in this area is proposed.
