The Administrative Liability for Violation of Laws on the Organization of Provision of State and Municipal Services (Art. 5.63 of the Administrative Offense Code of the Russian Federation)

The article reveals actual problems of the legislative construction of article 5.63 of the CAO RF. The author pays attention to the problems of subject composition of this article. The problems of uncertainty of administrative and legal status of employees of multifunctional centers are revealed. Based on the results of the analysis of the identified problems, recommendations for their resolution are offered.
