Green HRM: The new gateway to employer branding
The study aims at demonstrating how green human resource management practices in an organization can lead to green outcomes of collective affective commitment towards environmental management change (CACEMC) organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment (OCBE) and eventually non green outcome of employer branding (EB).Data was collectected from managerial staff drawn from Taiwanese ISO 14001 EMS certified firms listed in the 2009 business directory. Our analysis points out that GHRM is a key antecedent EB and both CAECMC and OCBE mediate this relationship. The study proposes an integrated research model that can be deployed in firms inorder to build GHRM oriented employer branding.
