Impact of Microbial Communities in Environment on Cancer Cell Dynamics

In this manuscript, by using active control method, the process of synchronization between non-identical chaotic systems has been obtained.To achieve this, we have introduced a dynamical model of tumor growth exhibiting the chaotic behavior and modifying the Lorenz model a new model has been designed.Modified Lorenz model depicts the change in the population of bacteria and viruses in the environment.The synchronization between these models, by using the controllers, designed by an active control synchronization scheme.Using numerical simulations, the analytical results have been validated.
