Guselkumab for the treatment of pyoderma gangrenosum
Abstract Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a complex disease with limited therapeutic options. Here we report the use of higher dose of guselkumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin (IL‐) 23, in the treatment of PG in a medically complex patient. This case contributes additional evidence supporting the potential effectiveness of guselkumab in the treatment of PG and highlights the necessity for larger studies to confirm these findings.
